CALL TO ORDER
VOTE TO CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION
The City Council is scheduled to vote to go into closed session to meet with representatives of TPSS Co-op to discuss its expansion plans; the potential relocation of the Co-op business to a new site within the proposed development at Takoma Junction; and the Co-op's financial capacity to carry out out such expansion and relocation. The meeting will be closed pursuant to Annotated Code of Maryland, General Provisions Article § 3-305(b)(4). Following the closed session, the City Council will reconvene for its open session at 7:30 pm
