CALL TO ORDER
VOTE TO CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION
The City Council is scheduled to vote to go into closed session to meet separately with each of the three finalist developers seeking to redevelop the City-owned property in Takoma Junction. The session is being closed so as not to compromise the competitive proposal process by revealing the financial capacity and financing structure of each of the proposals to the other finalist developers. The meeting will be closed pursuant to Annotated Code of Maryland, General Provisions Article § 3-305(b)(14). Following the closed session, the City Council will adjourn for the evening.
