CALL TO ORDER
VOTE TO CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION
The City Council is scheduled to vote to go into closed session to consider the acquisition of real property for a public purpose and matters directly related thereto (wooded portion of the Washington McLaughlin School property) and to consult with counsel to obtain legal advice on the topic. The meeting will be closed pursuant to Annotated Code of Maryland, General Provisions Article § 3-305(b)(3) and (7). Following the closed session, the City Council will reconvene for the presentation and public hearing.

VOTE TO CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION
The City Council is scheduled to vote to go into closed session to consult with legal counsel regarding Washington Adventist Hospital's petition to relocate before the Maryland Health Care Commission and to discuss pending or potential litigation (including administrative proceedings) before the Commission (pursuant to Annotated Code of Maryland, General Provisions Article § 3-305(b)(7) and (8)). Following the closed session, the City Council will adjourn for the evening.
