CALL TO ORDER
VOTE TO CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION
The City Council is scheduled to vote to convene in closed session to receive legal advice related to terms and conditions to be included in a letter of intent with NDC for the redevelopment of the Takoma Junction property. The session is closed pursuant to Annotated Code of Maryland, General Provisions Article, Section 3-305(b)(7). Following the closed session, the Council will reconvene in the Auditorium for the public meeting.
