CALL TO ORDER

VOTE TO CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION

The City Council is scheduled to vote to go into closed session to receive legal advice regarding a development agreement with NDC for the City-owned lot in Takoma Junction. The meeting will be closed pursuant to Annotated Code of Maryland, General Provisions Article § 3-305(b) (7). Following the closed session, the City Council will reconvene for the public portion of the meeting.
