TAKOMA PARK CODE AND CHARTER

A Codification of the General Ordinances
of the City of Takoma Park, Maryland

The new codification of the Takoma Park Code was adopted by the City Council on December 13, 2004 by Ordinance 2004-37. This codification supersedes and repeals the previous code. The on-line Code includes amendments through December 2007. Please contact the City Clerk's Office (301-891-7267) for additional information.

Takoma Park Code and Charter

• Ordinance 2008-4 Establishing the Takoma Park Recreation Committee (Title 2, Chapter 2.16, Article 9)
• Ordinance 2008-8 Making Technical Amendments to the Immigration Sanctuary Law (Title 9, Chapter 4)
• Ordinance 2008-14 (Title 16, Chapter 16.04) To Require All Commercial, Industrial and Institutional Development Activity to Comply With the Code and Correct the Omission of Permit Fees for Multi-Family, Commercial, Industrial and Institutional Development
