CALL TO ORDER

VOTE TO CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION
The City Council is scheduled to convene in the Council Conference Room to vote to go into closed session to consult with counsel to receive legal advice and discuss litigation related to the Washington-McLaughlin Property (Fairview Investment lawsuit). The session will be closed pursuant to Annotated Code of Maryland, General Provisions Article, §3-305(b)(7) and (8).
The Council will not reconvene in public after the session.
