Montgomery County Zoning Text Amendment 19-01 has been introduced at the County Council to streamline approval of accessory apartments and allow for a greater number of them. City Staff will host an information session immediately prior to the City Council meeting. After the presentation, an informal question and answer session will take place in the Azalea Room.
