Holiday Closures

Holiday Closures:

• The City of Takoma Park Offices and Facilities will be closed Friday, December 22 through Monday, December 25, 2023 
• The City of Takoma Park Offices and Facilities will also be closed on Sunday, December 31, 2023, and Monday, January 1, 2024, for the New Year's holiday.

Holiday Collection Schedule

• The City will observe the Christmas Eve holiday on Friday, December 22. Friday routes will receive collection on Thursday, December 21.  
• The City will observe the Christmas Holiday on Monday, December 25. Yard waste collection is canceled for that day.
• The City will observe the New Year's Holiday on Monday, January 1. Yard waste collection is canceled for that day.

Passports
No passports will be issued in the City of Takoma Park on Tuesday, December 26, 2023, as the passport office is closed.

As always, The Takoma Park Police Department is open 24/7 for emergency services.
