CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL

VOTE TO CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION

The City Council will vote to convene in closed session on Thursday, January 13, at 6:00 PM to 1) consult with the City Attorney to receive legal advice regarding the Takoma Junction Redevelopment Project; and 2) (tentative) discuss litigation matters (National Opioid Litigation/Settlement). The meeting will be closed pursuant to Annotated Code of Maryland, General Provisions Article, §3-305(b)(7) and (8). After the closed session, the Council will not reconvene in open session.
