VOTE TO CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION

The City Council will vote to convene in closed session on Wednesday, May 19, at 5:30 PM to consult with the City Attorney to obtain legal advice regarding the Takoma Junction Redevelopment Project and to consult with the City Attorney and staff regarding pending litigation. The meeting will be closed pursuant to Annotated Code of Maryland, General Provisions Article, §3-305(b)(7) and (8). After the closed session, the Council will recess and then reconvene for the regular meeting at 7:30 PM.
