Rent Stabilization Reports Due by September 30th

All rental properties subject to Rent Stabilization must submit a rent stabilization report to the City of Takoma Park each year. Over 289 rent report letters were mailed out in August 2023 to property owners with an online submission deadline of September 30th . The report shows changes in the rent charged on an individual unit for a twelve-month period and is monitored for compliance.
