What is My TkPk?
My TkPk is a 311 style service that lets you report problems directly to City Staff via the web.
With My TkPyou can see when your problem is received by staff, track its resolution and see all problems reported City wide via the web interface on this page or via a mobile app!
What Can be Reported with My TkPk
See something that needs attention With My TkPk you can report:
- broken parking meters
- landlord or tenant issues
- unshoveled sidewalks
- graffiti or other vandalism
- missed trash pick-ups
- sidewalks in need of repair
