City Council Meeting Agenda - Wednesday, April 3, 2024

City Council meetings usually take place in the Community Center Auditorium. Meetings are hybrid. The public may attend the meeting or view the meeting as always: on City TV (RCN – 13, HD 1060; Comcast/xfinity – 13, HD 997; Verizon Fios – 28), on the City Council Video Page of the City Website; on YouTube, or on Facebook.   Meetings may also be viewed on Zoom.

CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
VOTE TO CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION

The City Council will vote to convene in closed session to meet with staff and the City’s Labor Attorney to receive a briefing on a collective bargaining agreement with Local 400. The meeting will be closed pursuant to Annotated Code of Maryland, General Provisions Article, § 3-305(b)(9) which permits a meeting to be closed to discuss matters related to collective bargaining negotiations § 3-305(b)(7) which enables the closing of a meeting to receive legal advice.  After the closed session, the Council will reconvene in the Auditorium for the regular meeting.
