CALL TO ORDER

6:00 PM
VOTE TO CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION

The City Council is scheduled to convene in the Auditorium at 6:00 PM to vote to go into closed session to consult with counsel to discuss pending litigation regarding the Washington-McLaughlin Property and Dorothy’s Woods. The session will be closed pursuant to Annotated Code of Maryland, General Provisions Article, §3-305(b)(6). Following the closed session, the Council will reconvene for the public meeting at 7:30 PM.
