At 8:45 AM, the Council will vote to convene in closed session to conduct interviews and discuss appointment of the City Attorney, a position over which the Council has jurisdiction. The City issued a Request for Proposals for legal services. Proposals have been reviewed by the Council and firms were selected for interview. The session will be closed pursuant to Annotated Code of Maryland, General Provisions Article, Section 3-305(b)(1) and 3-305(b)(14). The Council will not reconvene in open session.
