About the Deputy City Manager

Update: March 4, 2024
A Message from Robert DiSpirito, City Manager:

In the weeks since I started, I have, among many other things, observed and assessed what I believe would be the most productive executive administrative structure that will most effectively serve the Mayor and Council, this organization, and our residents. Therefore, I have appointed a two-deputy city manager structure. It is my pleasure to announce Andrew Bolduc (internal operations) and David Eubanks (external operations) as Deputy City Managers for the City of Takoma Park.

Update: August 3, 2023
David Eubanks, Acting City Manager, appointed Andrew Bolduc as the Deputy City Manager.

Andrew Bolduc Bio:

Andrew joined us this past February as the City’s ARPA Manager. He is new to Maryland but not new to municipal management, having served as the Deputy City Manager and City Attorney for a similar-sized municipality in his home state of Vermont.

His past six years of experience managing many similar day-to-day matters that we face here in Takoma Park made him particularly well-suited to assist and advise me during this interim period.
