Lifelong Takoma

About Lifelong Takoma

**In light of the creation of a new City program geared more broadly toward community partnerships, and also in part based on the success of community partners whose missions focus on quality of life issues for seniors, the Lifelong Takoma program will sunset on October 29th.

The City will continue to co-sponsor the monthly Aging Well Network meetings with the Village of Takoma Park and administer the Snow Angels program. Questions about the Snow Angels program should be directed to Paula Lisowski, Seniors Program Manager in the Recreation Department at 301-891-7280. Please note that the program is currently at capacity, but that you can have your name added to the wait list.**

Resources for Seniors

The Lifelong Takoma Program was originally created to help identify the needs of residents age 55+ and residents with disabilities of all ages, and connects them to resources, programs and opportunities.  A list of resources for seniors is still available on the Lifelong Takoma Resources page.
