The Tree Commission has invited the City Council to attend its meeting to discuss recurring problems that the Commission has identified after its most recent hearings.
The Tree Commission requested that the issues to be discussed include, but not be limited to, the following topics:
1. Coordination of City departments and/or offices within departments when so required by Commission decisions;
2. Compliance with Commission decisions;
3.. Commission notifications; and
4. Enforcement of Commission decisions and sworn testimony given during hearings.
