ROLL CALL / CALL TO ORDER
VOTE TO CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION
The City Council is scheduled to vote to go into closed session to consult with counsel: 1) to receive legal advice and discuss pending litigation regarding Winding Hill Way; and 2) to discuss joining litigation to preserve municipal authority. The session will be closed pursuant to Annotated Code of Maryland, General Provisions Article, §3-305(b)(7) and (8).
