The City Council will vote to convene in closed session at 6:00 PM on Thursday, January 21, to receive legal advice regarding various government operations. The session will be closed pursuant to Annotated Code of Maryland, General Provisions Article, Section 3-305(7). The Council will reconvene in open session at 7:30 PM.
