CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
NOTICE OF COUNCIL VOTE TO CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION
The City Council will meet in the Auditorium at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 to vote to convene in closed session: 1) to receive legal advice and consider matters related to the opioid litigation settlement; and 2) to receive legal advice and consider matters related to the Neighborhood Development Company / Takoma Junction Project. The meeting will be closed pursuant to Annotated Code of Maryland, General Provisions Article, §3-305(b)(7) and (8). After the closed session, the Council will reconvene in the Auditorium for the regular meeting
