NOTICE OF COUNCIL VOTE TO CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION
The City Council will meet in the Auditorium at 5:30 PM on Wednesday, April 19, 2023, for the purpose of voting to convene in closed session only. The topic will be NDC and the Takoma Junction Project and the meeting will be closed pursuant to Annotated Code of Maryland, General Provisions Article, §3-305(b)(7) and (8), which permit a public body to meet in closed session to consult with counsel to receive legal advice and discuss pending or potential litigation with staff, consultants, or other individuals. After the closed session, the Council will reconvene in the Auditorium for the regular meeting.
