VOTE TO CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION

The City Council is scheduled to vote to go into closed session to consult with counsel to receive legal advice and discuss pending or potential litigation regarding the Washington-McLaughlin property (including lawsuit filed by Fairview Investment Fund); Winding Hill Way; and potential amicus brief on lawsuit challenging Montgomery County lawn care pesticide law. The session will be closed pursuant to Annotated Code of Maryland, General Provisions Article, §3-305(b)(7) and (8).

Following the closed session, the Council will meet with the City Attorney in administrative function session concerning the lawyer-client relationship. The Council will reconvene for the public session at 7:30 PM.
