VOTE TO CONVENE IN CLOSED SESSION

The City Council will vote to convene in closed session at 6:00 PM. 1. The session will be closed to discuss matters related to the Takoma Junction Redevelopment Project, including consulting with the City Attorney to obtain legal advice and to consult with staff and the City Attorney about pending or potential litigation. The meeting will be closed pursuant to Annotated Code of Maryland, General Provisions Article, §3-305(b)(7) and (8). 2. The session will be closed to discuss personnel matters related to the City Manager and receive legal advice. The meeting will be closed pursuant to Annotated Code of Maryland, General Provisions Article, §3-305(b)(1) and (7). After the closed session, the Council will reconvene for the regular meeting at 7:30 PM. If the closed session ends before 7:30 PM, the Council will recess until the start of the meeting.
