Budget

The City annual budget document provides a wealth of information about the organization, departments, staffing, services, grants, revenues, expenditures, and so on. The most current budget document available is the Adopted FY25 Budget (PDF).

Budgets are adopted in May for the next fiscal year (July 1 – June 30). There are typically four budget amendments during the year.

The Finance Department web page includes information about the FY25 budget process: department presentations, the ordinances adopting the current budget, and the reconciliation sheet which shows changes made from the proposed to the adopted budget.

Council Orientation Presentations (Jan. 2023)

In January of 2023, the City Manager (Jamal Fox at the time) organized orientation sessions for the newly elected City Council.
