Comments Submitted on Draft Freestanding Medical Facilities Regulations

On June 23, 2016, the Maryland Health Care Commission issued a request for informal public comments on the Draft State Health Plan Chapter for Freestanding Medical Facilities.

The City’s comments were transmitted in a letter from Mayor Kate Stewart dated July 8, 2016.
