Purpose
The City of Takoma Park is seeking written proposals from qualified respondents for a public-private redevelopment of currently City-owned property located at 7315 New Hampshire Avenue, Takoma Park, MD 20912 (the “Property”). The intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to promote the reuse of the Property in a fashion that will achieve the City’s objectives, including the development of a new recreation facility, expansion of high-quality, stable housing opportunities along the New Hampshire Avenue corridor, and increased tax generation.
