Parkview Tower Site Improvements

About the Parkview Tower Site Improvements

Using Maryland Community Legacy Program funds as an incentive, the City partnered with Montgomery Housing Partnership to make streetscape improvements around Parkview Tower, at 7667 Maple Avenue. Specifically, the project included stairs for pedestrian access from Parkview Tower to Opal Daniels Park and landscaping with native vegetation and a rain garden.

Current Project Status

The grant was awarded in Summer 2015. Construction was completed in August, 2017.
