The City of Takoma Park, Maryland, Department of Public Works, is accepting Bids for the Indefinite Quantities Contract for street, sidewalk, and stormwater system improvements. The work comprised of asphalt, concrete, earthwork, pipes, and storm drain facilities, to be performed within the City of Takoma Park, Maryland.

Fall leaf collection starts Friday, November 16, 2018 and continues through Friday, December 21, 2018.

The 2018 Household Hazardous Waste Drop-off Day is scheduled for Saturday, June 2, 2018 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at Public Works Yard.
On Household Hazardous Waste Drop-off Day, Takoma Park residents can drop off household hazardous waste for free (non-residents will be charged a $10 fee) at the Public Works Yard. For information about accepted items, please visit the HHWD page.
